As a member of the Contingent Workforce Program team, you will be responsible for supporting the function through a range of activities including, manage all inquiries and escalations received in the Contingent Workforce Program Mailbox and act as a central point of contact in triaging and investigating inquiries and issues raised. You will generate reports based on business needs on both an ad-hoc basis and regular interval basis and manually onboard applicable contingent workers (CW) in Workday. In this role, there are components that involves record management, governance and administration where you will record and track progress on resolution of cases including documenting updates, reporting and remediating systemic and process issues and upload, and manage all program related initiative documents to the CWP SharePoint.

· Project Delivery - Support the delivery of priority projects, processes, reporting and work packages. Perform business analysis, document current and future state processes and partner on change management activities to support initiatives.
· Relationship Management - Maintain professional relationships with multiple partners and clients through excellent interpersonal skills. Communicate proactively with colleagues to plan and organize work across stakeholders. Liaise with stakeholders to solicit their input into the development of new or enhanced business processes, and to ensure aligned operations and communications.
· Reporting - Track progress and conduct analysis of data and reports. Support in the tracking and communication of performance metrics.
Qualifications
Must haves:
1. 2+ of years of experience - preferably with a HR background/Large Corporate setting/Bank
2. Previous experience analyzing current process, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements
3. Strong written and verbal communication and experience with stakeholder engagement
4. Excel knowledge- analyzing and generating reports
5. Previous experience managing a mailbox (inquiries, escalations, stakeholder communication)
6. Technical acumen - Comfortable working with different systems
