As a Business Analyst specializing in Analytics and Reporting, you will be responsible for leveraging data, advanced analytics, and automation to streamline processes and improve data management. Your primary goal will be to develop and deliver insightful reports and dashboards, generating key metrics for executive-level reporting. You'll ensure that senior management has access to timely and accurate information, enabling them to make informed, data-driven decisions. This role requires a strong foundation in data analysis and business intelligence tools, as you will be contributing to sophisticated analytical reporting that supports strategic initiatives and business performance.

Qualifications
Required:
•5+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
•Strong understanding of Canadian banking products and capital markets.
•Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
•Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or Tableau.
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate conversations with multiple stakeholders and directors.
Preferred:
•Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
•Working experience within one of Canada's big five banks.
•Knowledge of wealth products and payment systems.
