Shift: Monday-Friday, core business hours

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing the TDS Chatbot, assigning and following up on attestations, assisting with projects, pulling personal trading reports, managing broker feeds, completing Insider Trading Reports, providing day-to-day support to employees regarding personal trading, fostering relationships with business partners and regulators, maintaining employee lists in StarCompliance, coordinating with the business to update user groups, building subject matter knowledge in personal trading, assisting in drafting training materials, and consistently exercising discretion in handling confidential information. The role involves significant interaction with managing directors and executives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses a university degree (compliance or finance preferred), 3-4 years of relevant experience, and a strong understanding of capital markets products (options, derivatives, GCIC, securities). Proficiency in data validation, documentation, and advanced Excel skills is essential. Excellent communication skills are crucial. Experience in banking or the financial industry is highly desirable. Additional desirable qualifications include CSC, stakeholder management experience, project coordination/management, and familiarity with Tableau or PowerBI.
