In this role, you will support various rollout projects by managing documentation, procedures, and timelines for POS device initiatives. You will operate in a collaborative environment with a team of eight, interacting with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and establish detailed project work-back schedules. Your day-to-day will involve a high volume of meetings, project documentation, note-taking, and the generation of reports to keep various rollouts on track.

Project Execution & Requirements Gathering
Requirement Management: Identify and organize complex project requirements across multiple stakeholders, ensuring all business needs are captured.
Timeline Development: Set clear targets and objectives; develop detailed work-back schedules to ensure all project milestones are met.
Advocacy: Act as a conduit for team requirements and priorities throughout the project planning and execution phases.
Rollout Support: Provide hands-on support for major merchant customer rollouts involving technical POS hardware.
Documentation & Reporting
Process Documentation: Capture and document end-to-end processes and procedures to support different operational teams within the Merchant Solutions Group.
Reporting: Create and maintain project reports, schedules, and meeting minutes to ensure transparency and accountability.
Note Taking: Participate in a high volume of stakeholder meetings, ensuring critical decisions and action items are recorded and tracked.
Stakeholder Engagement
Influencing: Effectively impact and influence individuals at all organizational levels to drive projects forward.
Vendor Coordination: Where applicable, interact with external partners to ensure hardware delivery and project alignment.
SME Support: Serve as a subject matter expert for merchant delivery initiatives, ensuring an exceptional end-user experience.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a corporate project environment.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must) and experience with MS Project.
Requirements Gathering: Demonstrated expertise in identifying and organizing complex technical and business requirements.
Documentation Skills: Strong ability to draft professional procedures, process maps, and technical reports.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and manage a high volume of meetings.
Work Ethic: Exceptional self-motivation with a track record of meeting strict deadlines.
Education: Post-secondary education is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience within a Banking or Financial Institution.
Direct experience with Point of Sale (POS) device projects or payment technology rollouts.
Experience with Vendor Management.
Familiarity with Remedy or SQL.
