Location: Toronto (primarily remote)
Duration: 2 months contract

Responsibilities
• Working closely with the business to build out comprehensive documents that outline key activities and considerations in the instance of a planned exit from a third-party vendor e.g. at the end of a contract or in the instance of a stressed exit, e.g. the third party vendor files for bankruptcy or is sanctioned.
• Conducting interviews with various client stakeholders to understand current process and business needs for contingency plans
• Identifying and documenting contingency plans by working with SMEs and following templates
• Development of comprehensive documents to document contingency plans
• Working towards defined project deliverables, ensuring they are met within the identified project timeline and regularly reporting progress to the Project Manager and/or key stakeholders
Qualifications
Education/Work Experience
Must be fluent in communicate with French/ English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
1+ year of experience communicating with clients / patients / or stakeholders over the phone
Experience in data entry
Ability to speak an Indigenous language (i.e., Cree languages, Inuktitut, Ojibway etc.) is
considered an asset
Knowledge of Indigenous culture is an asset
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word.
