Responsibilities

Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive professional experience operating as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Systems Coordinator within complex corporate settings.
Industry Context: Prior experience or a strong foundational background working within the customer service, retail, or operations industry.
Analytical Capability: Keen, meticulous attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving and systematic data analysis skills.
Agile Adaptability: Proven high aptitude to absorb complex technical and operational information quickly, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Education: Post-secondary education (Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management) or equivalent practical work experience.
