Responsibilities
Process Enhancement & System Integration
Process Optimization & Requirements Elicitation: Lead cross-functional workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather, analyze, and translate complex operational needs into clear functional specifications and system configurations.
Implementation & Integration: Assist in managing the end-to-end implementation and integration of core business systems with legacy and modern enterprise applications.
System Support & Maintenance: Provide advanced functional support for business applications, ensuring optimal availability, performance, and reliability; lead troubleshooting and regular upgrade cycles.
Vendor Governance, Data Analytics & User Enablement
Vendor & SLA Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise software vendors and service providers. Manage contracts, evaluate vendor performance against SLAs, and recommend emerging technologies to optimize business functions.
Data Analysis & Executive Reporting: Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and analytics to deliver actionable business insights while ensuring data accuracy and security governance.
Change Management & User Training: Develop comprehensive technical documentation, training materials, and user guides. Conduct training sessions to foster platform adoption and empower end-users across the enterprise.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience: Proven track record operating as a Senior IT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, with demonstrated experience supporting and optimizing complex enterprise applications.
Enterprise Application Domain: Hands-on experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and their integration with specialized enterprise tools, specifically eProcurement platforms (e.g., Ivalua) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.
Analytical & Reporting Skills: Proficiency with data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboard creation.
Soft Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal abilities; strong multi-tasking and priority management skills in a fast-paced environment.
