Responsibilities
•System Optimization: Serve as the internal expert for BlackRock’s Aladdin, executing test cases and identifying workflow enhancements within the platform.
•Requirements Management: Collect, document, and manage comprehensive business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

•Technical Background: 10+ years of total experience in Business Analysis within the financial services industry, specifically in an application management environment.
•Education: University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science. Advanced certifications such as an MBA, CFA, or FRM are considered a significant asset.
•Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a proven ability to negotiate with cross-functional representatives and motivate global teams.
