Responsibilities
- Enterprise Process Mapping: Assess and document complex "As-Is" operational workflows and design optimized "To-Be" blueprints to isolate inefficiencies and manual workarounds.
- Functional Data Definition: Build robust data inventories and functional data dictionaries to support baseline integration, standardizing data elements, sources, and business usage rules.
- Requirements Architecture: Elicit, compile, and manage complex functional and system requirements, establishing complete vertical traceability matrices back to core business goals.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate closely with technical architecture streams to translate operational public sector constraints into structured, referenceable solution options.
Qualifications
Valid "Reliability" level or above Security clearance
Several years of professional experience acting as a Business Analyst on large-scale, enterprise business transformation projects.
Must hold an active certification in at least one of the following: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or BCS.
Recent experience engineering end-to-end process maps, tracking operational decision flows, and identifying system hand-offs.
Well-versed in establishing corporate data dictionaries, defining system interface dependencies, and validating matrix traceability between business needs and system components.
Ability to briefly visit a local government facility at the start of the contract to finalize corporate access credential activation.
