Responsibilities
The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following Services:
•Support production readiness planning, go-live, and operational transition activities
•Coordinate UAT, integration testing, and end-to-end testing with business and QA teams
•Define and validate business scenarios, workflows, and testing outcomes
•Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, process flows, and user documentation
•Identify, track, and support resolution of defects and operational issues
•Act as liaison between business, QA, technical, and support teams
•Identify operational risks, gaps, and dependencies; support mitigation planning
•Assist with deployment planning and early-life support after go-live
•Develop training materials and support knowledge transfer to operations teams
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Skills:
•University degree or college diploma in computer science or related field
•5+ years of experience supporting complex technology or backend systems
•3+ years of experience working in operational or infrastructure environments
•Experience supporting production readiness, go-live, and operational transition activities
•Experience with UAT, integration testing, and end-to-end testing cycles
•Strong skills in developing documentation (SOPs, runbooks, user guides, training materials)
•Excellent communication and facilitation skills with ability to work across multiple stakeholders
•Experience acting as a liaison between business, QA, technical, and operations teams
•Ability to identify and manage operational risks, gaps, and dependencies
•Experience with meeting room technology (asset requirement)
•CBAP, CCBA, or similar business analysis certification considered an asset
