Responsibilities
Digital Health, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
Qualifications
Valid PMP certification (mandatory)
Relevant experience:
10 years’ experience in a business analysis role gathering requirements, documenting current and future state business processes and workflows and identifying capability gaps in a project environment.
5 years’ experience performing analysis activities including facilitating requirements sessions and workshops with stakeholders, developing training guides and writing documentation.
5 years’ experience performing quality assurance and testing in information systems’ projects. Experience should include planning testing activities, developing test scripts, and executing test scripts.
5 years’ experience facilitating assessments and workshops for organizational capability redesign activities and workshops, developing recommendations, conducting reviews with stakeholders, and obtaining approval with executives and senior leadership.
1 year of experience testing integration between healthcare information systems using the HL7 (Health level 7) integration standard with information systems to be implemented in a clinical environment.
1 year of experience performing analysis, requirements gathering and implementing the Kronos/UKG timekeeping system. The response should include 1 example including project title and duration of the project or work that total at least 1 year
