Responsibilities
1st Positon:
Improve accountability definition, processes and security of controls and compliance activities
Document, streamline and simplify operations support (incl. processes) to meet SLA’s
Design and roll out a service account tiering model through established platforms
Design a logical architecture, build procedures, document sustainable processes and provide OCM, (Organizational Change Management), to ensure all privileged accounts are created through SailPoint, AD and automatically added or removed from to BeyondTrust
Develop a "Privileged Access Management" technical standard,
2nd Position:
Improve accountability definition, processes and security of controls and compliance activities
Own the activities required to prepare, launch, and remediate Quarterly Access Reviews in collaboration with other stakeholders.
Review audit evidence as requested by internal and external auditors
Review, identify gaps/opportunities and update Frameworks and Process documents
Create, document and roll out an information management and access structure for compliance documentation
Perform clean-up of compliance related files across multiple SharePoint sites
Create a process to cleanse and sustain clear/accurate AD descriptions and ownership
Conduct clean-up activities within AD for name, description and ownership
Qualifications
High school & post-secondary education preferred. 10 plus Years. Inputs Alpha/Numeric data. Proofs work for accuracy and completeness. Prioritizes work by coding and sorting. Corrects errors during visual inspection. Maintains accurate records. Makes simple mechanical adjustments, such as switching sets and changing control features. Generates reports on inputted data. Experience with Access preferred. Ability to use 10 key adding machine. Ability to key 10,000 key strokes per hour. Good mathematical ability. Good item processing skills. Makes decisions within scope of position and authority as well as independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling work for self. Can also make decisions that have impact on the department. Performs advanced data entry duties. Can support multiple data entry tasks in various systems and can be requested to develop simple standard operating practices on data entry tasks. Involved in managing confidential and sensitive information. Will be requested to provide guidance to staff once they have a solid background in the work.
