Responsibilities
Requirements Strategy & Leadership: Write and drive the complete Requirements Strategy and Requirements Package, overseeing all necessary approvals from inception to delivery.
Requirements Elicitation: Lead, analyze, document, and manage requirements by applying advanced techniques to probe, challenge, and gain consensus among business, Journey, and Technology/Platform stakeholders.
Process Analysis: Identify, document, and validate current state processes while collaborating with stakeholders to design and validate the desired future state, ensuring decisions align with the end-to-end customer experience and risk appetite.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Function as a cross-functional analyst (Business Analyst and BSA/Project Lead), collaborating on delivery, testing, and implementation activities to ensure alignment with business benefits and outcomes.
Issue Guidance (Day 2 Support): Provide guidance and first-level analysis for BAU (Business As Usual) issues and general inquiries, acting as a subject matter expert to direct resolution to the appropriate delivery teams.
Stakeholder Management: Apply best practices for effective communication, relationship management, and problem-solving with a moderate volume of diverse stakeholders and internal partners
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications (Must-Have)
Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering, ideally spanning multiple teams or organizations.
Agile Proficiency: Proven experience working within a Hybrid or Scaled Agile (Agile@Scale) environment.
Core Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate concisely and with brevity to senior stakeholders.
Soft Skills: Demonstrable ability to work effectively with ambiguity, function as a self-starter, and proactively drive deliverables without constant supervision.
Deliverables Focus: History of consistent achievement of time-set deliverables in a complex project environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
Industry Experience: Prior experience in the Banking, Compliance, or Risk Management sector is strongly preferred.
Technical Acumen: Data analysis skills, including experience mapping data flows, understanding data retention policies, and system interactions.
Certifications: Experience in a Product Owner (PO) role or holding a Six Sigma certification.
Project Context: Experience working on large or strategic legal/risk-focused initiatives.
