Responsibilities
Lead the ideation process for new features, managing opportunities throughout their lifecycle.
Oversee and lead end-to-end requirements management for complex projects, including planning, elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to understand current states and define target states.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Develop and maintain strong requirements documentation and traceability.
Provide regular status updates on the requirements package to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Must have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with an undergraduate degree or MBA.
Must have experience in the wealth management industry and the broader financial services (FI) sector.
Must be proficient in Agile delivery methodologies and have hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Must have experience with end-to-end requirements management.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Experience with Direct Investing / DIY Investing / Order Execution Brokerage is a nice-to-have.
Experience with ideation, innovation management, or a Product Owner background is a plus
