Responsibilities
Manage the configuration and lifecycle of key Microsoft 365 applications.
Develop and maintain governance policies for Microsoft 365.
Develop and recommend Microsoft Teams custom policies, channel structures, and permission settings.
Develop conditional access policy user story, user case creation, testing scenarios and results feedback.
Support business operations and user adoption across a hybrid IP telephony environment using tools like SmartTAP, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Contact Centre, and room devices from Cisco, Lenovo, and Logitech.
Provide business support and analysis for IP telephony systems in power plant environments, ensuring high availability and compliance with safety-critical communication protocols.
Contribute to the design and oversight of call group configurations and emergency call routing, aligned with operational control room requirements and plant safety procedures.
Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and optimize IP phone configurations across large-scale industrial environments, balancing performance, user needs, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
7+ years experience as an Business Analyst
Experience with M365 Apps
Experience with Telephony
