Responsibilities
• Develop and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies and plans to support
security initiatives and projects.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and readiness evaluations.
• Develop OCM deliverables such as communication plans, training materials, user guides, and
adoption tracking tools.
• Support business process change activities and ensure alignment between technical changes and
end-user needs.
• Coordinate with project teams to integrate OCM activities into project and release schedules.
Qualifications
• Minimum of eight (8) years experience in an OCM, IT Change and Release Management role.
• Have at least one (1) of the following certifications:
o Prosci Certified Change Practitioner; or
o Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
