Responsibilities
•Financial Engineering: Analyze and structure financing files for the expansion and renewal of the fleet.
•Data Integration: Accurately transpose the terms of financing contracts into the Oracle system.
•CAPEX Management: Ensure the integrity and rigorous updating of the capital expenditure database.
•Dispute Resolution: Act as a pivot to resolve payment issues with creditors and/or accounts payable.
•M&A Support: Perform critical analysis of the vehicle fleet during external growth projects.
•Monthly Compliance: Lead the full reconciliation of long-term lease commitments.
•Contract Management: Draft lease-to-own contracts for owner-operators.
•Treasury Agility: Collaborate closely with the treasury team and provide strategic support during peak periods.
•Management Reporting: Produce performance indicators and monthly financial reports for senior management.
•Governance and Audit: Actively participate in internal and external audit mandates.
•Special Projects: Contribute to various ad hoc initiatives based on organizational needs.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
•2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
•Experience with ERP systems.
•Advanced mastery of Excel.
•Bilingualism (French and English), spoken and written, international exposure.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to collaborate with and provide necessary support to other colleagues and business functions located outside of Quebec who do not speak French.
