As a principal bridge between operations and technology, you will evaluate current asset lifecycle practices, identify critical process gaps against global standards, and architect a robust future-state framework. This foundational initiative will directly define the business and functional specifications required to select a next-generation Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform, ensuring long-term scalability and operational efficiency.

Isolate, analyze, and document critical organizational gaps across current governance structures, operational processes, data quality, and technology stacks.
Business Architecture & Future State
Define modern, target-state asset management capabilities required to support long-term sustainability.
Formulate comprehensive future-state deliverables including asset management business models, capability maps, and standardized process frameworks.
Solution Strategy Development
Lead the end-to-end development of the Asset Management Solution Strategy Report, outlining actionable paths for leadership review.
Define and evaluate strategic options regarding future asset management operating models and enterprise technology ecosystems.
Establish a recommended transition strategy and a detailed, dependency-mapped rollout roadmap for future platform implementation.
Solution Selection Support
Gather, elaborate, and document detailed business and functional requirements for a future EAM software deployment.
Support the formal evaluation of leading asset management platforms, crafting precise evaluation criteria and objective decision-making frameworks.
Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate interactive workshops and interviews with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to extract underlying system needs.
Align cross-functional teams on core business priorities, change management impacts, and process standardization opportunities.
Provide expert-level advisory consulting regarding global asset management best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications
Core Technical & Domain Requirements
Asset Management Depth: Proven experience conducting asset management maturity assessments and developing enterprise strategies or roadmaps aligned with ISO 55000 frameworks.
EAM Platform Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of asset lifecycles and direct experience evaluating or supporting Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software platforms (such as IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, or Oracle).
Business Analysis Expertise: 7+ years of progressive experience in core Business Analysis practices, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, gap analysis, and structured documentation.
Complex Ecosystem Success: Demonstrated experience delivering strategic analysis within the public sector or large, complex organizations (ideally in a municipal, utility, or infrastructure-based environment).
Artifact & Tooling Mastery: Proven track record of producing high-quality business capability models, strategy reports, and data flow diagrams using MS Visio and standard Microsoft Office suites.
Leadership & Professional Skills
Workshop Facilitation: Elite communication and facilitation skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex requirement-gathering workshops and interviews.
Operating Model Design: Strong analytical capabilities to break down current state realities and draft highly effective future-state operating models and strategic recommendations.
Education: A university degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a closely related technical discipline (or an equivalent blend of formal education and relevant professional experience).
