Responsibilities
Objectives and Responsibilities
•Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, dependencies and resource requirements.
•Work closely with the core project team to ensure project plan align
•Monitor project progress, spend, and resource allocation
•Coordinate and manage multiple team members to ensure smooth implementation across workstreams.
•Management of workstream risks and issues
•Lead and motivate a project team consisting of a Process Analyst, Process Subject Matter Expert, JDE Technical Subject Matter Expert and a User Acceptance Tester.
•Coordinate with local business team in respect of business impact assessment, planning requirements workshops and demos, resource requirement to support project and processes in BAU. Oversight of training activity and all business readiness activity
•Working with relevant business areas and the project team to understand any impact on the end customer. Actions then put in place to ensure a smooth uninterrupted transition for our customer
•Working closely and building positive relationships with business areas to understand requirements and ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and deliver against expectation
•Ensure effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
•Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
•Contribute to steering packs and attend as required
•Align to the governance and delivery framework.
•Manage all activities related to Business Change, including Business process changes , customer cutover plan , customer comms re new webstore
•Liaison with Fiserv on business continuity
•Assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders
•Creating change management plans for projects or change initiatives acknowledging all aspects of change - analysis, plan, implementation, communication and other associated change considerations. Consulting and advising project teams on change management
•Preparing impact analysis and evaluation of the actual impact of changes
•Close collaboration with the Technical Project Managers to integrate change management activities into the existing project plans
•Managing the input and output of the change management reporting systems for projects
•Capturing data and defining and measuring success metrics
•Identifying opportunities and providing expertise to build resilience to change across the organization

Qualifications
Relevant Experience and Qualifications
•5+ years experience as a Change Manager, managing end to end change
•PMP certification preferred but not essential
•Ability to delivery projects using waterfall and agile
•Experience in management of 3rd party delivery teams
•Experience using a variety of change management methodologies including ADAKAR, Kotter or similar.
•Experience implementing changes to business processes and business systems
•Hands-on experience identifying problems at an early stage and effectively solving problems
•Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
Skills and Competencies
•Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
•Present a positive, professional image, good leadership and interpersonal skills required.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. This must include active listening skills.

•Demonstrate appropriate analytical skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
•Must be able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
