Policy & Technology Analysis: Conduct rigorous analysis and provide written feedback on current and developmental policies regarding data, artificial intelligence (AI), digitization, and disruptive technologies.
Executive Document Control: Author highly professional executive-level deliverables including briefing decks, briefing notes, speaking notes, speeches, and concept/discussion papers.
Stakeholder Integration: Facilitate and assist with high-level official engagements, boards, symposia, and working groups consisting of technical subject matter experts and industry partners.
Business Transformation: Support continuous modernization planning by defining future requirements, conducting gap analyses, and identifying the business architecture impacts of proposed solutions.Allied & Interdepartmental
Liaison: Evaluate external government agencies and allied international initiatives to ensure alignment with internal organizational capabilities and digital transformation strategies.
Qualifications
Experience Baseline: Senior Level 3 status, requiring a minimum of 10 years (120 months) of professional work experience as a Business Consultant within the last 15 years.
Force Development Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience participating in at least two Force Development initiatives (such as capability-based planning, modernization planning, or investment planning supporting future operational needs) totaling $\ge$ 24 months.
Public Sector Leadership: Proven track record advising and leading Senior Management (Director level or above) on complex programs that impact broad enterprise business architecture.
Strategic Communication Depth: * Minimum 5 years (60+ months) of experience writing presentations, briefing notes, and status reports targeted directly to senior executives (Director General level or equivalent).Extensive experience performing core analysis: defining requirements, determining option impacts, and building optimal recommendations.
Education: A University Bachelor’s Degree at minimum, preferably in Business, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Language:
Security Clearance: Must hold a valid Secret security clearance.
