Responsibilities
• Assess current operational practices across infrastructure and end user services to identify modernization opportunities.
• Define and document the full IT service catalogue including service levels and performance indicators.
• Design and implement ITIL aligned processes for incident management, change management, and service design.
• Lead the development of a multi year data centre modernization strategy and hybrid cloud operating model.
• Produce logical designs and requirements in collaboration with technical architects.
• Facilitate workshops with business areas to document recovery requirements and design disaster recovery architectures.
• Prepare executive briefings and business cases to support program governance and senior leadership decisions.
Qualifications
• Post-secondary education in business or management combined with at least four years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience assisting clients with technology strategies and IT operations.
• Proven track record of managing projects in organizations with more than 2000 employees.
• Extensive experience developing business cases and presenting complex information to executive steering committees.
• Hands on experience with ITIL frameworks, hybrid cloud environments, and disaster recovery planning.
