Responsibilities
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders for continuous improvement of the digital application.
• Analyze and define business requirements to address system functionality, defects, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business clients and technical teams on the design, development, and implementation of applications.
• Review test strategies, plans, and test cases to ensure they completely cover the defined business requirements.
• Document, analyze, and manage business requirements while producing deliverables within specified quality standards.
• Track stakeholder recommendations and provide consistent updates regarding project feasibility and completion status.
• Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, change requests, and risk management documentation for project leadership.
Qualifications
• A university degree in business or management with four years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in systems development methodologies and life cycles for application development.
• Minimum of three years of experience working with system stakeholders in the development and maintenance of IT applications.
• Minimum of three years of experience with business writing, communication, documentation, and change management.
• Demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis of costs and benefits, alongside strong problem-solving skills.
