Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure new distributors and corporate customers across Canada to drive significant sales growth.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share, particularly focusing on the distributor base and new markets like the residential sector.
Build and maintain robust, long-term customer relationships, managing the sales cycle from initial contact to agreement.
Learn basic technical product knowledge, including the ability to read 2-dimensional drawings and envision product integration into architectural plans.
Collaborate closely with the current operational team to learn the business, visit installations, and master product application.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide authoritative support for existing accounts as required (AM focus).
Qualifications
Proven sales acumen and a strong work ethic; highly motivated for career progression.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and foster customer loyalty.
Solid business acumen with an understanding of margins and customer service best practices.
Basic technical or mechanical aptitude; must be able to read and interpret 2-dimensional drawings and apply basic math.
