POSITION OBJECTIVES: The objectives of the Business Systems Analyst are as follows:
Serve as the liaison between business teams and the IT department for all current and new business systems development and enhancements.
Create or contribute to business project charter documents as required.

Manage the ERP month-end and year-end processes.
REQUIRED SKILLSET: To thrive in our fast-paced, highly flexible work environment, the candidate must
possess the following:
Demonstrated stakeholder support skills.
Proficient in Microsoft/Oracle DBMS platforms and transactional SQL.
Proficient in developing reports in any one of the main reporting solutions. (Crystal Reports/Power
BI, Tableau etc.)
High competency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Must be capable of delivering results through problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work on multiple complex tasks with little or no direct supervision.
Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree or diploma in Information Technology, or equivalent relevant certifications.
Business analysis certifications are considered assets (e.g., IIBA).
Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst-related experience.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile software development
methodologies is an asset.
Familiarity working with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
Knowledge of application testing methodologies is an asset.
Project management experience and skills are an asset.
