Duties & Responsibilities:
ERP Administration, Controls, and Support
• Own ERP administration, security roles, access standards, and user lifecycle management.
• Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, ensuring timely follow-through.
• Maintain system governance and enforce standards to support consistency and data quality.
Vendor Coordination and Upgrades
• Lead upgrades, testing cycles, vendor coordination, and issue escalation.
• Support upgrade readiness through planning, documentation review, testing execution, and rollout coordination.
Process Standardization and Adoption
• Standardize processes, templates, and SOPs across departments.
• Develop and deliver training plans, super-user structure, and adoption support.
• Partner with operating stakeholders to improve workflows, reduce rework, and strengthen compliance to system processes.
Reporting, Integrations, and Continuous Improvement
• Coordinate integrations with operational tools and Microsoft platforms (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Develop reporting standards and dashboards in collaboration with leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement through practical, measurable enhancements to system usage and process performance.
Team Leadership and Development
• Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and day to day direction to Associate System Manager, ensuring clear priorities, strong execution,
and professional development.
• Set clear priorities, service standards, and performance expectations to ensure consistent delivery and strong stakeholder support.
• Support ongoing development through structured training, documentation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
