Salary: Between $55,000 and $65,000, depending on experience.

2 to 3 weeks of vacation, based on experience
Performance bonus program (eligible after 3 months)

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Process internal purchase requests and prepare purchase orders.
Follow up with suppliers regarding order confirmations, delivery dates, and quantities.
Maintain and update supplier databases and product information sheets.
Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure smooth supply flow.
Help resolve delivery discrepancies or invoicing issues.
Organize and maintain procurement documentation (POs, contracts, spec sheets, etc.).
Support supplier research or sourcing of new materials when needed.
Assist the Purchasing Manager with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Diploma or degree in Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (DEP, AEC/DEC, or Bachelor's).
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing or food industry environment.
Knowledge of purchasing and supply chain procedures.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills (French and English, an asset).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Sage, Logidec, etc.) is an asset.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Team player with autonomy and strong administrative discipline.
Basic knowledge of food safety standards is an asset.
