SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
As a Call Center Supervisor, your primary mission is to manage, motivate, and coach a team of agents to optimize vehicle purchase volumes. You will work on-site in Laval to provide hands-on management and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

Salary range from 60 000 to 65 000

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise a team of call center agents on a daily basis.
Perform regular call monitoring and provide constructive feedback (coaching).
Ensure compliance with acquisition procedures and high-quality customer service.
Manage schedules, attendance, and individual performance of team members.
Actively participate in daily operations to maximize purchase opportunities.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in call center supervision.
Excellent communication and sales/negotiation coaching skills.
Perfectly bilingual (French and English), both oral and written. You will be required to communicate with English-speaking clients located outside of Quebec on a regular basis.
Availability to work a schedule that includes weekend rotations.
Engaging leadership style and great adaptability.
