Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Call Centre Responsibilities
• Review training materials and campaign documentation to confidently communicate with investors
• Handle inbound calls, return voicemail messages, and assist with outbound call campaigns
• Accurately record and maintain call logs and activity
Administrative Support
• Assist with weekly and monthly reporting
• Take on other administrative tasks as needed to support campaign execution
Qualifications
What you'll bring to the table:
• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A polished and professional phone manner with strong customer service focus
• The ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and stay organized under pressure
• Bilingual English/French would be an asset
