Responsibilities
•Plan and execute compliance testing programs in alignment with regulatory requirements.
•Prepare and deliver audit reports, documentation, and testing results.
•Identify and document compliance controls, assess gaps, and recommend improvements.
•Monitor regulatory changes and ensure they are reflected in compliance testing frameworks.
•Lead and oversee testing engagements, reviewing the work of other testers.
•Collaborate with business units to provide compliance insights and control recommendations.
•Contribute to continuous process improvements within the testing and monitoring program.
•Track and manage testing budgets, ensuring timely delivery of work against targets.
Qualifications
•Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance testing, auditing, or internal controls.
•Accounting designation (CPA, CA) or Audit designation (CIA) required.
•Experience with compliance or wealth management businesses strongly preferred.
•Familiarity with national/international audit standards and regulatory frameworks.
•Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience drafting high-quality reports.
•Ability to read, interpret, and apply regulations to business processes.
•CSC/CPH or other relevant industry certifications considered an asset.
