The successful candidate will focus on project execution and knowledge translation for the book of record implementation:
•SME Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams across OTC Derivatives Operations, Settlements, and Confirmations to capture their subject matter expertise.
•Vendor Liaison: Transition technical and operational knowledge effectively to the appropriate vendor teams working on the book of record implementation.
•Project Mapping: Work with internal project teams to meticulously map out key project deliverables and workflows.
•Documentation: Prepare professional reports and executive-level documentation using MS Office to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
•Minimum 5+ years of overall professional experience.
•Proven OTC Derivatives experience (knowledge of operations, settlements, and confirmations).
•Demonstrated Project Management skills (ability to manage work streams and deliverables).
•Strong verbal and written communication skills for key stakeholders and executives.
•A self-starter mentality with the ability to "hit the ground running," ask probing questions, and drive progress independently.
Nice-to-Have Skills
•Direct experience with the Calypso platform.
•Previous project experience involving a book of record implementation.
•Certifications or advanced degrees such as PMP, CFA, or MBA are highly desirable.
