Responsibilities
• Develop and execute practical change management deliverables to support the transformation initiative
• Create change artifacts including stakeholder assessments communication products and training materials
• Run stakeholder engagement sessions workshops alignment meetings and walkthroughs
• Collaborate with business and project teams to identify impacts and validate messaging
• Draft clear communication materials for leadership business users and operational teams
• Develop training modules job aids and end user support content for system and service changes
• Coordinate change related actions track dependencies and support rollout preparation
Qualifications
• A completed Bachelors degree in a related field
• Four years of direct experience in change facilitation and developing communication materials
• Four years of experience creating change management deliverables such as strategy and training plans
• Previous experience developing readiness programs and gathering requirements via workshops and interviews
• A PROSCI or CCMP certification is highly preferred for this position
