Responsibilities
• Partner with project teams and cross functional groups to create and execute complete change strategies.
• Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis and change readiness assessments to guide project planning.

• Identify and mitigate risks while monitoring key performance and behavioural indicators.
• Create comprehensive communication and resistance management plans for impacted audiences.
• Write engaging content and training materials to support user adoption and ongoing sustainment.
• Utilize approved digital tools to enhance content development and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
• A university degree in a related field with four years of relevant experience or a related diploma with six years of experience.
• Three or more years of proven experience applying organizational change management methodologies and principles.
• Extensive background creating communication plans and resistance management strategies for large projects.
• Hands on experience managing change for enterprise resource planning system implementations.
• Strong capability in conducting change impact assessments and tracking key performance indicators.
