Responsibilities
• Developing a shared vision for the change across all organizations.
• Leading stakeholder engagement activities with leaders and staff to support workforce adjustments.
• Developing internal communication materials to support workforce transitions and onboarding activities.
• Providing support to executive leadership of each organization, as they navigate the organizational change for their teams and organizations to meet future state workforce capabilities and capacity.
• Developing leadership tools and training to support leadership in successfully navigating change and change management implementation.
• Conducting ongoing tracking and evaluation of change management strategies and report on status and performance of these activities.
Qualifications
• Team lead must have at least ten (10) years in successful change management delivery. / Minimum 10 years of change
• Project team includes at least three (3) members with change management experience in significant organizational restructuring. / Minimum 3 members
• Project team includes at least three (3) members with change management experience in the health care sector. / Minimum 3 members
Experience
• Contractor should have recent successful experience in developing and implementing successful change management programs in publicly funded health care organizations. / Two projects for publicly funded health care organizations within the last in last 10 years.
• Contractor should have experience in developing and implementing engagement strategies for organizational restructuring. / 5 years of experience
• Contractor should have experience in training and/or supporting executive leadership in change management. / 5 years of experience
• Contractor should have experience in developing communication materials to support communications to staff affected by the change. / 5 years of experience
