Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Change Manager - Senior in Toronto for a 9 month contract
Working Hours: 37.5 Hours/week, 9-5 Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
The Senior Change Manager will design and execute end-to-end change management strategies for Project Odyssey, ensuring successful adoption and engagement across impacted teams. This role requires deep expertise in change management methodology, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities include:
• Developing comprehensive change strategies and tactical plans.
• Conducting impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations.
• Leading engagement activities such as focus groups, town halls, and leadership presentations.
• Driving adoption and minimizing resistance to change.
• Partnering with program leadership to ensure alignment and sponsorship.
Qualifications
Must Have Requirement:
10+ years in People Change Management – focused on end-user adoption, not project or technology management.
Proven ability to develop strategies and actionable tactical plans.
Hands-on experience executing change (e.g., delivering engagement sessions, presenting to senior leaders and frontline staff).
Pro-Sci is a non-negotiable
Nice to Have:
Bilingual - French
Previous CIBC Experience
Soft Skills:
Acts like an owner; proactive and accountable.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal handholding.
Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
