Qualifications
Relevant education (AEC, DEC, or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Estimating).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating.
Excellent knowledge of Quebec and Canadian building codes and standards.
Proficiency with estimating software (Bluebeam, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
Willingness and ability to occasionally travel outside the Greater Montreal area.
Familiarity with SEAO is a significant asset.
