Responsibilities
Assume full accountability for project delivery, managing budgets, costs, schedules, and generating precise monthly financial forecasts.
Oversee all phases of the project life cycle, from initiation and planning through to execution and successful closeout.
Serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating effectively with clients, design teams, site superintendents, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
Structure and lead project teams, delegating tasks and guiding their efforts to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed project specifications.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages problem-solving and professional growth.
Qualifications
A minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in a project management role within civil construction, working for a mid-sized or large general contractor.
Essential, non-negotiable experience leading construction projects for wastewater facilities and bridges.
A post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (an equivalent combination of direct field experience and education will be considered).
Demonstrated leadership ability with a proven, hands-on approach to managing teams from project inception to completion.
A proactive, self-starting attitude combined with excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness and ability to travel to various project sites as required by project demands.
