Responsibilities
As a Civil Project Manager, your duties will cover the entire lifecycle of construction projects:
• Perform detailed cost estimation and prepare tender packages for bids.

• Coordinate human resources, materials, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage project schedules and ensure compliance with allocated budgets.
• Act as a technical link between the office and the site, supporting foremen in plan interpretation.
• Prepare progressive billings, change notices, and end-of-project reports.
• Actively participate in real-time technical problem-solving on the field.
• Ensure rigorous application of health and safety standards across all sites.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• EIT (Engineer-in-Training) or P.Eng. status with the OIQ (or eligibility for membership).
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in civil project management in Quebec.
• Strong logical and methodological reasoning inherent to engineering training.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PDF plan-reading tools.
• Ability to travel across the North Shore, South Shore, and Montreal Island.
• High sense of responsibility, autonomy, and strong team spirit.
