Responsibilities of the civil superintendent
As a civil superintendent, you will be at the heart of the action, supervising all phases of our infrastructure projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
Planning, organizing, and directing daily activities on construction sites.
Ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and the highest quality standards.
Managing and coordinating work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Veilling to the strict application of health and safety standards at work on all sites.
Solving operational and technical problems that arise in the field.
Collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and clients.
Preparing regular progress reports and project forecasts.
Participating in coordination and strategic planning meetings in Laval.
Effectively managing material and human resources.
Qualifications
Qualifications required for the civil superintendent
We are looking for a civil superintendent with solid experience and a keen sense of leadership. The ideal qualifications for this demanding civil superintendent position are:
Significant and proven experience in a supervisory role for civil projects.
