Responsibilities
Responsibilities include conducting production sampling and quality assurance testing, performing data entry and research, responding to management inquiries, recommending process improvements, documenting procedures, generating reports, performing compliance testing, and collaborating with the team. The role requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry. Experience with G Suite applications (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides) is essential. Keen analytical skills, a solutions-based mindset, and strong time management are required. Bilingualism (French/English) is mandatory. A college or university degree and experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Monitoring are preferred, along with knowledge of Fraud and/or Servicing and/or Loss Mitigation processes.
