Our client in the Mississauga area is looking for a full time Client Services Coordinator to assist the office and warehouse in day to day tasks related to client needs and services. This is an on-site M to F opportunity from 8:00am to 4:30pm. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, exceptional client service and interpersonal skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
- Order processing, invoicing, tracking, phone and email correspondence, and payment processing
- Provide frontline support to clients in-person, by e-mail and by phone regarding issue resolution and general customer assistance
- Contribute to branch operations by maintaining an organized, presentable, and functional office and showroom space
- Collaborate with warehouse personnel to support daily logistics by participating in order picking, shipping, receiving, and other warehouse-related tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs
- Occasional travel may be required regarding customer requests
Qualifications
- University or College Education; or relevant customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Warm and friendly demeanor, service oriented with a positive attitude and a strong sense of initiative
- Self starter, minimal supervision
- Superior multitasking ability
- Excellent computer skills: Office 365, Outlook
