Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m (could be up 40 hour work week or less than 40)

Responsibilities
-Coordinate patient support programs and third-party funding applications
-Assist patients with financial assistance inquiries and follow-ups
-Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems
-Support invoicing, payment tracking, and general office administration
-Liaise with government programs, manufacturers, and external partners
-Assist with documentation, submissions, and audit preparation
-Manage office supplies, online portals, and administrative processes
-Provide exceptional client service and assist with front desk support as needed
-Collaborate with clinicians and internal team members to ensure a positive patient experience
Qualifications
-Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Excellent communication and customer service abilities
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
-Experience in healthcare, administration, or client service is an asset
-Knowledge of government assistance programs is considered an asset
