Responsibilities
Precision Machining: Set up and operate CNC machines utilizing Fanuc controls to produce high-tolerance components.
Versatility: Seamlessly transition between CNC operations and Manual Lathe/Boring work as production needs dictate.
Quality Assurance: Take full ownership of part quality, performing self-inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure every piece meets exacting specifications.
Workflow Management: Manage tool offsets, monitor tool wear, and perform necessary adjustments to maintain peak efficiency.
Safety Leadership: Maintain a pristine workspace and strictly adhere to all industrial safety standards.
Qualifications
Fanuc Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience programming and/or operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls is required.
The "Hybrid" Advantage: Significant experience with Manual Lathes and Boring mills is considered a major asset for this role.
Technical Literacy: Expert ability to read complex blueprints and technical schematics.
Precision Tooling: Mastery of micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
Urgency & Reliability: We are looking for a professional who is ready to start ASAP and maintains an impeccable attendance record.
