Premium Hourly Pay: $40.00 – $45.00/hour (scaled to your CNC expertise).

Rotation Schedule: 3 weeks on Days / 3 weeks on Nights (with premiums).
Skill Advancement: We will teach you the manual skills that are disappearing from the trade.

Responsibilities
Machining Prowess: Take the lead in operating and fine-tuning our brand-new CNC machinery.
Tool Training: Shadow senior machinists to learn the "art" of manual boring and threading for heavy repair.
Production & Repair: Balance high-volume CNC runs with custom manual repairs for oilfield equipment.
Tooling Mastery: Select and maintain tooling for various materials, including carbon and stainless steel.
Safety & Quality Control: Follow strict shop safety protocols and ensure all parts meet 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
CNC Veteran: Broad expertise working with diverse production or specialized job shops.
Ambition: Looking for someone who wants to move beyond basic CNC and master the full scope of machining.
Apprenticeship: Open to Journeypersons or senior-level Apprentices with a strong work ethic.
Reliability: Must have reliable transport and a commitment to the rotating shift schedule.
Team Fit: Must have a positive attitude and a drive to contribute to a high-performing team.
