3 weeks annual vacation per year – 3 days for 2025

Responsibilities
Study and interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine operation sequences and tooling requirements.
Load and unload materials and workpieces onto the equipment.
Perform necessary adjustments to machine controls to optimize cutting processes and feed rates.
Monitor equipment during operation to detect any malfunctions or deviations from specifications.
Measure dimensions of finished parts using precision instruments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the workstation and equipment, ensuring a safe working environment.
Replace dull cutting tools and adjust coolant levels as needed.
Qualifications
Proficiency in operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine tools.
Deep knowledge of cabinetmaking materials (solid wood, veneers, composites) and their specific machining properties.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to adjust programs and troubleshoot production errors.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining tight tolerances.
Knowledge of safety practices within a manufacturing environment.
