Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, configure, and operate CNC equipment for precise milling, drilling, and cutting applications.
- Technical Decoding: Read and interpret industrial blueprints and technical schematics to ensure exact execution.
- Quality Assurance: Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to inspect finished parts and guarantee 100% component accuracy.
- Data Log & Maintenance: Keep an organized workspace and accurately log daily production metrics and machine performance.
- Safety Adherence: Maintain a zero-incident mindset by following all plant safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
Qualifications
- Machining Background: Proven, hands-on experience successfully operating CNC machinery.
- Blueprint Competency: The ability to read, interpret, and work confidently from technical drawings.
- Measurement Mastery: High mechanical aptitude and experience using fine precision measuring tools.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for full shifts and safely lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Communication: Full fluency in English (verbal and written) to interpret equipment manuals and safety documentation.
