Position: Reach Truck Operator (Shipper/Receiver)
Location: London, ON
Pay: $23.29/hr
Hours: Every Saturday - 10 am or 3 pm (start times may vary)
*Must be available to do one week training on the day shift
First two days - 9 am to 5:30 pm
Wed - Fri 8 am to 4:30 pm

Responsibilities
• Operate a stand-up Raymond reach forklift safely to move, stack, and stage poultry products within a refrigerated warehouse.
• Build accurate customer orders directly from a physical pick list for outbound shipments.
• Use RF scanners efficiently to look up inventory, track product movements, and maintain system accuracy.
• Load finished and verified orders securely onto outbound trailers and delivery trucks.
• Wrap skids securely using automated or manual wrapping equipment to prepare them for safe transport.
• Sort through non-bin managed inventory meticulously to locate specific items required for customer shipments.
• Adhere strictly to all client-specific order requirements, food safety standards, and general warehouse guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace within a busy manufacturing & logistics facility.
Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of verified warehouse and logistics experience.
• 3 to 5 years of active experience operating a stand-up Reach forklift.
• Valid forklift certification (either in-house or externally issued), with a copy of the license provided for compliance.
• Previous experience working within a cold storage or cooler warehouse environment an asset.
• High comfort level working in a large-scale facility that processes and warehouses poultry products.
• Possession of CSA-approved safety shoes and a commitment to dressing in warm layers (long sleeves and pants required).
• Strict adherence to facility hygiene policies: no jewelry and no strong colognes or scented products permitted.
