Responsibilities
- Machining & Setup: Prepare, set up, and operate CNC equipment to craft high-precision custom automotive parts.
- Blueprint Reading: Translate technical drawings and engineering schematics into finished products holding tight tolerances.
- On-the-Fly Optimization: Make real-time adjustments to CNC programs to preserve quality and streamline cycle times.
- Shop Operations: Perform routine maintenance checks and keep work stations safe, organized, and running efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC set up and operation.
- Troubleshooting Aptitude: Practical knowledge to diagnose equipment hiccups using shop guidelines.
- Quality Focus: Sharp attention to detail with a habit of inspecting finished components against strict quality benchmarks.
- Dependability: A strong work ethic paired with reliable, punctual attendance.
