Our client, a leader in the HVAC industry, is looking for a Counter Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. In this role based in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, you will be at the heart of the action, combining specialized customer service and administrative support in a modern, high-end work environment. Advantages
Competitive salary: Between $24 and $25 per hour, depending on experience.
Permanent, full-time position: 40 hours per week with a stable daytime schedule.
Paid Holiday Break: Two weeks of paid leave between Christmas and New Year’s Day (two out of every three years).
Personal Leave: Four paid sick/personal days per year.
Gradual and structured training on products and internal systems.
Responsibilities
Technical Analysis: Review quotes and technical blueprints to accurately identify required replacement parts.
Data & Order Management: Ensure precise data entry and rigorous order management within the SAP Business One system.
Communication: Manage email correspondence and handle incoming calls from customers and partner branches.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to provide excellence in customer service.
Qualifications
Education or Experience: A Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Electricity, Electromechanics, or Electronics, OR 2 to 3 years of experience in a technical customer service role.
Technical Skills: Ability to read basic technical information and a high level of proficiency with IT tools (Excel, ERP).
Languages: A good level of English is required to communicate with suppliers and branches outside of Quebec.
Desired Profile: You are a proactive individual, known for your "thirst for learning" and strong team spirit.
