Status: 18-Month Temporary Contract

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Hybrid Model: 2 days on-site (Wednesdays mandatory) / 3 days remote

Responsibilities
Drive Procurement Activities: Support production lines and key logistics projects seamlessly.

Contract Negotiation: Lead major contract negotiations to optimize costs while strengthening supply chain resilience.

Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with a broad network of local and international suppliers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with multidisciplinary teams to align manufacturing output with client needs.

Compliance & Quality Control: Track deliverables and vendor agreements to ensure strict adherence to internal processes and quality standards.

Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative procurement strategies to anticipate material needs for future production cycles.

Qualifications
Experience: 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience as a purchasing/procurement professional.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.

Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to secure win-win agreements with diverse business partners.

Industry Background: Previous experience in a large-scale manufacturing or industrial environment is a major asset.

Language Skills: Full bilingualism (French and English) to communicate seamlessly with global suppliers.

Soft Skills: Outstanding work organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage complex files independently.
