Responsibilities
• Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive communication plan including activities and events related to employee and leadership communication and engagement for the Build and Implementation phase of the program.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their communication needs and develop and support the execution of customized communication plans for their area.
• Responsible for Stakeholder management and the maintenance and up-keep of the stakeholder file and program distribution lists
• Work with CMM program team members and Internal Communications (if required) to create and deliver clear, concise, and engaging communication products including, but not limited to, presentations, emails, videos, postcards, infographics, FAQs, etc.
• Drive the communications review process with program leadership
• Leverage communication channels and liase with channel owners to deliver communication content.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of key messages across all communication channels and platforms.
• Manage and update the CMM program eLink and OCM SharePoint sites and any other internal communication tools and resources.
• Support any other change management, change network and training activities as required.
• Mentor others assigned to communication responsibilities including the use of tools, tactics and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
You will have the following education and experience/skills:
• Related university degree (Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Management, or equivalent).
• Minimum 6 or more years of directly related (communications or equivalent) experience, preferably in a large and complex organization.
• Experience in developing and executing communication strategies for transformational change programs or projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels.
• High regard for accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong, positive, and trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, work through ambiguity, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Viva Engage and other communication tools and software.
• PROSCI Change Management Certification or equivalent would be an asset.
• Experience with eLink and SharePoint site administration is an asset.
